Quimeralia Support

Here are the most common questions about Quimeralia: Almar Chronicles. If yours isn't here, write to soporte@lopandsolutions.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Your progress

I lost my progress. Can you recover it?

If you turned on the backup (on Android: Options › Backup), yes: install the game and, from the start screen, go to Options › Backup, type the 12-character code the game gave you under Have a code? and tap Restore.

If you didn't, we're very sorry, but no: your progress (your chimeras, your team, the notebook, the story and your workshop) was stored only on your phone and we have no copy to give back. It's lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data or change phones.

I'm getting a new phone. Can I take my save with me?

Yes, with the backup: on the old phone go to Options › Backup, tap Turn on backup and write down the code (or ask an adult to keep it). On the new one, install the game and, from the start screen, go to Options › Backup, type the code and tap Restore. You can only restore from the start screen, so an open game isn't overwritten.

How do I delete my data?

If you turned on the backup, start there: in Options › Backup tap Delete my backup. Your backed-up save and its identifier are deleted, and the code stops working. If you no longer have the phone, write to soporte@lopandsolutions.com with the code and we'll delete it.

Then either of these deletes everything the game stored on your phone:

  1. Uninstall Quimeralia.
  2. Or go to Settings › Apps › Quimeralia › Storage and tap Clear data (the exact names vary a little by phone brand).

If you never turned on the backup, we have no data of yours: everything was on your phone. More in the privacy notice.

Playing

The text is too small for me

In Options turn on Large text: text gets bigger and buttons roomier on every screen. It also respects your phone's text size.

I want to turn off sound, vibration or flashes

It's all in Options: Sound (effects, music and ambience), Vibration and Reduce flashes (no shakes, hit pauses or glows in the arena). Options open from the start screen or from the pause, in your alchemist's book.

The festival games are too fast for me

Turn on Relaxed in Options: the festival games go slower and with more margin, and you win the same.

I don't know what's next in the story

Open the pause: in your book, the "What's next" page tells you what to do. If you turn on What's next, on screen in Options, you also see it in a line under the counter while you play.

Phones and general questions

Which phones does it work on?

For now only Android, from Android 7 onwards, and it's played with the phone sideways. It runs best on mid-range phones or better.

Do I need the internet to play?

No. Quimeralia can be played in full offline. Only the backup, if you turn it on, uses the internet to upload your save; offline, it waits until there is a connection.

Is it in English?

Yes. It follows your phone's language (Spanish or English), and you can change it in Options › Language.

I'm in the closed test. How do I tell you what I found?

Thanks for playing! Write to soporte@lopandsolutions.com with what you liked, where you got stuck and anything that looks or sounds wrong. For the test to count, stay enrolled in Google Play with the game installed for at least 14 days.

The game is slow or sounds wrong

Close other open apps and reopen the game. If it's still the same, turn on Reduce flashes and write to us with your phone's brand and model and what you were doing: it really helps us find the problem.
