Website privacy notice
This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the legally binding one and prevails in case of any difference.

1. Who is responsible for your data
Lopand Solutions S.A. de C.V., with its address at Vicente Guerrero 132, Colonia Santa Anita, C.P. 45600, Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, México, is the controller of your personal data on this website. Lopand Game Studio is its video game studio.
This notice is governed by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, LFPDPPP), published on March 20, 2025. Our personal data department handles any request or question at soporte@lopandsolutions.com.
2. While you browse: only what you accept
This website uses no advertising and no social media buttons, and images, fonts and code are served from here.
The only exception is Google Analytics, and only if you accept
it in the cookie notice shown when you arrive. If you accept, some analytics
cookies (_ga and _ga_…) are stored in your browser and Google
receives, for each page you open: which page it is, which page you came from, a random
identifier for your browser, your device type, browser and language, and an approximate
location (country or city) derived from your IP address. Google Analytics does not store
your IP address. We use it only to know how many people visit the site and which
pages they read; we don't use it for advertising, we don't combine it with other
data and we don't try to find out who you are.
If you decline or don't answer, no analytics cookie is stored and your browser doesn't connect to Google. Your answer is remembered in your browser and you can change it at any time with "Cookie preferences", at the bottom of every page.
To show you a page, your browser connects to our server, and that necessarily reveals the connection's IP address to it. We don't store it: the website's web server is configured not to keep visit logs.
3. If you write to us
The website has no forms. If you write to us at soporte@lopandsolutions.com, we process your email address, your name if you give it to us, and whatever you tell us in your message.
We use them only to reply to you and handle what you ask for: press, support for our games or collaborations. There are no additional purposes: we don't add you to mailing lists or send you advertising. If we ever wanted to do so, we would ask you separately and you could say no.
Don't send us sensitive data (about your health, your beliefs or similar): we don't need it to help you.
4. Who else handles your data
We don't sell or transfer your data to anyone. Our email is hosted by Google (Gmail), in the United States and other countries: Google processes your messages on our behalf to store them and deliver them to us. The law calls this a "remisión" (a communication of data to a processor), and it does not require your separate consent.
If you accept analytics, Google (Google LLC, in the United States and other countries) receives the browsing data described in section 2 and also processes it on our behalf, as a processor, to give us the website's statistics. We have the advertising features and Google Signals turned off.
In addition, we may disclose your data without your consent in the cases the law allows, such as when a competent authority requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Your messages are kept for as long as needed to help you and for up to twelve months afterward, in case you pick the conversation back up. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Analytics data, if you accepted it, for up to 14 months in Google Analytics; the cookies in your browser, for up to 2 years, or until you delete them or decline analytics in "Cookie preferences".
6. Your rights
You can access your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to cancel it or object to our using it (ARCO rights), and you can also revoke your consent or limit the use of your data. To stop sharing analytics data, just decline it in "Cookie preferences". For anything else, write to us at soporte@lopandsolutions.com with your name, a way to reply to you, a document that proves your identity, and which right you want to exercise over which data.
We will reply within 20 business days at most and, if your request is granted, we will carry it out within the following 15 business days. These periods may be extended once for an equal period when justified, and we will tell you why. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can go to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Ministry), the authority on personal data protection.
7. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version at this same address, with a version number and the date it takes effect.
